The one thing they got wrong in that video is that one person says Coney is her hometown. Nope, that would be Bensonhurst, my hometown lol.
Which this image I took from the new cartoon proves. Though it is correct to say her new place in the comics is based on the freakshow. (My coolest friends! Shout out!!)
I really can't wait till summer. I've had many beers among the coolest artists I could ever meet. Old school style.

Also, I finished watching the series Preacher on Hulu. I love that one guy used a move called the Bensonhurst. Hell yeah!

My vegan corn beef is a success. It's hard not to eat it all. Going in the fridge because I heard it taste even better the next day. Taste so delicious!

It was much better the day after! The sweet glaze settled in nicely and wasn't as sweet as when I first fried it up for caramelization.
We had corned beef sandwiches. My cat wanted some but was confused lol.
Are you ready to masturbate to this food porn? Today I'm making my own vegan corn beef from scratch. Right now my "meat" is resting in spices. While my brine is aging. My brine includes some of a fancy vegan IPA.
And the smell is BEAUTIFUL. I'm going to slow cook this baby for a few hours.

So as time passes I thought I'd touch base on who I am and who I am on here.
Number one: I don't care what your view is about me.
Number two: As time goes by everyone and their mother has a coven. So here's what makes mine different: I honestly don't care about misfits. My coven can be compared to "prison" covens because I take in characters, but I don't really care about blinding or people being inactive or people even getting along. Hippie dippy doo. Peace, love, who cares?
Number three: You can judge me on who my friends are but I won't apologize for them. They don't speak for me. I don't speak for them. The only person I speak for is my husband and he's not on here.
Number four: I don't care if you hate me. I have a life. I have things in my life that I aspire to. My mind is preoccupied with how I can be a better artist and it always will be. Even if that means I'm more focused on the culinary arts these days. Artists never stay still. They adapt and grow.
Number five: Maybe get to know me? I don't bite. I'm cultured in a lot of odd ways. I do interesting volunteer work when I can.
Number five: My best friend is my cat.
Number six: I'll admit that this site was my favorite place to escape abuse years ago. So maybe at one time I was full of myself. Better to be young and stupid on the internet than to be on the streets. 🤷♀️

At 3:30am I have successfully finished fermentation on my soy yogurt. I placed it in the fridge to finish firming up.
Now I can finally sleep.
The other night I got to be a Hostess for a dinner service. It was pretty cool. Honestly, it's almost as easy as indie film ticket sales.

These a thick pieces because the cooking process makes them double in size.
My main goal is to be a pro at this stuff, even if it's for myself. There is so much science behind it. When I can afford it, I'm going to buy a lot of various stabilizers.
